 Welcome to Year 3!

Croeso i Dosbarth 3



What a busy half term we have had! The next 5 weeks promise to be even more exciting.
 

Swimming will start for Year 3 and 4 on Monday 2nd March. It will continue everyday at 11 am for two weeks concluding on Friday 13th March.


The Year 3 and 4 Easter play will be rehearsed and performed this half term too! We are all very excited so see the finished product. 


 

The topic for Key Stage 2 is 'Investigators':

We will be putting our magnifying glasses and inquisitive minds to good use across the curriculum this term.

We will be looking into the world of Science in great depth to learn more about our Earth and what it contains. We will be investigating Music and Art, whilst Maths and Literacy will involve a great deal of detective work.

 

Eisteddfod
Our School Eisteddfod is on Friday 27th February and this year the National Theme is 'Growing and Thriving'. We are asking you to use pencil drawings, collages, sculptures to show your ideas on this! 

 

At the bottom of the page, you will see a document labelled 'Eisteddfod Ideas', use this for some inspiration!
